UPDATE: November 2023

There has been no movement due to proceedings being on hold because of the judicial review for Mossend, which is taking place on 14th December 2023. A representative of Dechmont Community Council is liaising with West Lothian Council with respect to our appeal

IMPORTANT UPDATE: October 2022
In April, West Lothian Council received 267 objections against the planning application at Burnhouse Farm. 
West Lothian Council voted to oppose the development.
Springfield Properties is appealing to the Scottish Government. 
You can submit an objection to the Scottish Government through Dechmont Community Council. You can access our response here.
 
Dechmont Community Council have submitted our Appeal response to the Government Reporter. We have included all the evidence and comments sent to us by residents and supporters.
